A multidisciplinary team of internal medicine doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses work together to determine the best care plan for every member. Other Ibis Health care professionals, such as social workers, pharmacists and member advocates, also work with you and your primary care physicians to ensure all your health care needs are met.

Karthik Ravindran

MD, Medical Director

Karthik Ravindran, MD, oversees the medical team here at Ibis Health services. As the Medical Director, Karthik works closely with the VP of Clinical Services and the VP of Ibis Services to ensure our members receive the highest quality care. With a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, followed by medical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin and an Internal Medicine residency at Brown University, Dr. Ravindran brings a unique blend of technical expertise and medical knowledge to his practice. Karthik has over a decade of experience serving the Metrowest Boston area, working at Tufts Medical Center in Framingham. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Ravindran spearheaded telehealth initiatives and served as the Clinical Lead for the Tufts Medicine Integrated Network, addressing both clinical and population health needs with efficiency and compassion. Additionally, as the Technology Lead for the Tufts Practice, he implemented cutting-edge clinical and health information processes to enhance patient care and streamline workflows. As an associate professor at Tufts University School of Medicine, he has dedicated himself to training the next generation of healthcare professionals, receiving accolades and awards for his teaching. Dr. Ravindran is also deeply committed to the well-being of both providers and patients. He has actively participated in committees aimed at reducing physician burnout at the Tufts Medicine Integrated Network and the Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association, demonstrating his dedication to creating a healthier healthcare environment for all. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games, traveling, working on cars and spending time with his wife, son and daughter, not necessarily in that order.

Amy Weber

VP, Clinical Services

Amy oversees the clinical services provided on the Ibis Health program. Amy is an Adult Nurse Practitioner focused on delivering high quality clinical care to Ibis Health Program members. Throughout her very rich nursing career, Amy has served in a variety of clinical roles in academia as well as community-based practice settings. With a strong clinical background in Geriatrics, Gastroenterology, Neurology and Sleep Medicine, with a special interest in Alzheimer’s disease and Related Dementia’s. Amy also has a background in Nursing Education, having served on faculty at the University of Kansas and Avila University Schools of Nursing. Amy completed her undergraduate studies at the Medical College of Georgia and her graduate studies at the University of Kansas School of Nursing.

Ami O'Grady

VP Ibis Services

Ami O’Grady oversees the member advocates who provide monthly support to members. Overseeing the care planning for Ibis Health Program, Amy works with the team of chronic care specialists who are dedicated to supporting members every day. A graduate of Rivier University, Ami boasts a robust 25-year tenure in the healthcare sector, rooted in a foundation of nursing expertise. Her journey through healthcare has been marked by a trail of successes, having held pivotal leadership positions across a spectrum of start-ups, including home healthcare and rehabilitation facilities. Passionate about crafting top-tier healthcare solutions, Ami finds joy in assembling and nurturing high-functioning teams that excel in scaling and delivering unparalleled service quality. Ami promotes a team-based approach and fosters a supportive, collaborative environment, ensuring that Ibis members receive care in the most empathetic and supportive manner possible. A long-time resident of Massachusetts, Ami cherishes spending time with her family both at home and traveling.

Hannah Dobson

Supervising Provider

Hannah Dodson DNP, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Informatician with over a decade of experience in both direct patient care and the implementation of healthcare analytics solutions for improved clinical outcomes. Hannah joins us from the sunny state of NC where she attended Duke University for her doctoral studies and specialized training in health informatics. Prior to this, she attended Vanderbilt University for her Family Nurse Practitioner training. She has presented at academic conferences and has published her work in both informatics and translational clinical research. She served as a clinical assistant professor for the UNC School of Nursing, as a clinical instructor and preceptor for master’s and doctoral students. In 2023, she was recognized nationally with the Press Ganey Excellence Award for clinical quality performance, patient and employee engagement. Most recently, she was invited as a guest speaker for the American Gastroenterological Association clinical practice update on alpha-gal syndrome. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding with her daughter, interacting with the family horse, Jack and playing with her spirited Bernedoodle, Winston.
